Potentially helpful documents

Here are links to a couple of potentially helpful documents. One is an article from 2002 on Task Based Billing. The other is a UTBMS Starter Kit that was put together back in 1998. (NOTE: There may be some obsolete information on either or both.) Taken together, these two documents should provide a good basic understanding of UTBMS.
